TL;DR: Copado sells Agentia in two editions: Advanced for a single production org and a small team, and Pro for multiple orgs with enterprise governance, the Orchestrate Agent and Agentia Studio. Agentia Headless, a CLI and MCP preview that is free for individual developers, brings Agentia's quality gates into the IDE. Choose by org count and orchestration needs, not by the length of the agent list.
Agentia is Copado's AI delivery platform for Salesforce, launched on 14 April 2026. It places context-aware agents across plan, build, test, release and operate, and grounds them in a Context Hub built from your metadata, dependencies and pipeline history (launch release). We walked through each agent in Copado Agentia explained. This piece answers the question most coverage leaves open: which edition do you actually buy?
Copado's documentation home lists two paid editions and one developer preview:
Both editions include Agentia Testing and the AI Context Hub. The split is pipeline depth and orchestration.
The practical reading: if you want agents to coordinate releases across environments, or you plan to build your own agents, Advanced will not get you there.
Headless was announced on 14 September 2026, the day before Dreamforce opened.
Copado's developer site installs it with
npm install -g @copado/agentia-cli, lists VS Code, Claude Code and Cursor
as ready, and enforces PMD, SOQL, security and compliance gates locally, with room for
SonarQube, Snyk or in-house checks. It is labelled an alpha product preview whose
commands may change, it is free for individual developers, and the site says Copado
stays the system of record. The
press release
puts availability through Copado and its partners from November 2026.
Because Copado remains the system of record, read Headless as a new front door to an Agentia pipeline rather than a cheaper substitute for one. We covered what that shift means for release teams in Agentia Headless after Dreamforce 2026.
Copado does not publish Agentia prices for either edition. The product page offers the Advanced trial and routes everything else to sales. Before you compare quotes, model how the bill moves as you add orgs, users and agent usage, the dynamic we unpacked in the per-org margin problem in Salesforce DevOps pricing. Run the same model against Gearset, Salto, AutoRABIT, Flosum and Blue Canvas so the shortlist is compared on one basis.
Tekunda is a Salesforce consulting and product company and the team behind Serpent, the DevOps platform it launched in 2024 and runs on its own client delivery. Serpent takes a different route to agentic delivery: it exposes the pipeline through an MCP server, so teams deploy, open pull requests and resolve conflicts from Claude, Cursor, Copilot or Codex. Pricing is one price per company, not per seat or per org. Essentials is free with 30 credits a month, and Scale is $699 a month with 300 credits. Compare plans on our pricing page, or see the platform on the Serpent home page.
What is the difference between Agentia Advanced and Pro?
Advanced fits one production org and 3 to 10 people. Pro adds multi-org support, full CI/CD orchestration, the Orchestrate Agent and Agentia Studio.
Is there a free trial of Agentia?
Yes. Copado offers a 14-day free trial of Agentia Advanced with no credit card required.
Is Agentia Headless free?
Copado's developer site describes it as free for individual developers and labels it an alpha preview. Availability through Copado and partners starts in November 2026.
Does Agentia Advanced include Agentia Studio?
No. Copado's documentation lists Studio, currently in beta, for Pro only.
