TL;DR: Agentia is Copado's AI delivery platform for Salesforce, launched on 14 April 2026. It embeds specialised agents for planning, building, testing, releasing and operating directly into the delivery lifecycle, grounds them in a Context Hub built from your metadata and pipeline history, and wraps them in approval gates and audit trails. A headless edition for the IDE and terminal was announced on 14 September 2026.
Copado describes Agentia as a Salesforce-first delivery solution that puts context-aware AI agents inside the software delivery lifecycle, rather than beside it as a chat assistant (launch announcement). Copado calls the category AgentOps: the practices and frameworks for delivering and governing agents that make autonomous decisions, positioned as the next step after DevOps (SiliconANGLE).
The practical difference from an AI coding assistant is scope. An assistant answers a prompt. Agentia's agents are meant to act inside the pipeline: write code, generate and run tests, diagnose failures and plan deployments, under the same controls a human release would face.
Copado's product page lists six agents that work as one coordinated system:
Alongside them, Agentia Studio lets teams build custom agents and workflows, for example to identify technical debt or surface delivery bottlenecks, and SiliconANGLE reports that those agents are designed within Salesforce Agentforce. Governance is built in: automated testing, role-based approval gates and an audit trail for every agentic workflow.
The Context Hub deserves the most scrutiny, because it is what separates Agentia from a generic model. It combines metadata, dependencies, pipelines and history with knowledge you supply, such as documentation and policies, so agents act with awareness of your specific org. That cuts both ways. An org with drifted sandboxes and undocumented automation hands the agents a partial picture, however capable the model is.
Agentia Headless, announced on 14 September 2026, brings the agents into the developer's own editor or terminal. SiliconANGLE reports that it uses the Model Context Protocol and command-line interfaces, with built-in commands across Copado's suite for governance, team coordination and conflict detection. Copado's press release says it will be available through Copado and its partner network starting November 2026.
Copado has not published list prices for Agentia, and Agentia Pro goes through sales. Before you sign, model what the bill does as you add orgs, users and agent usage, because that is where DevOps contracts usually surprise teams. We unpacked that dynamic in the per-org margin problem in Salesforce DevOps pricing.
Almost everything written about Agentia so far is announcement coverage. What is missing is the buyer's checklist, so here is ours. It applies to any agentic DevOps tool.
Futurum Group's Mitch Ashley told DevOps.com that multiple vendors are competing for control within Salesforce environments. Copado sits alongside Gearset, Salto, AutoRABIT, Flosum and Blue Canvas on most shortlists, so run the same five questions against every entry.
Tekunda is a Salesforce consulting and product firm and the company behind Serpent, the Salesforce DevOps platform it launched in 2024 and uses for its own delivery. Serpent takes a different route to the same goal. Instead of a suite of in-house agents, it exposes the pipeline through an MCP server, so teams can deploy, open pull requests, resolve conflicts and trigger pipelines from Claude, Cursor, Copilot or Codex. Pricing is per company, not per seat or org: the Scale plan is $699 per company per month with unlimited users. Compare it on our pricing page or see the platform on the Serpent home page.
Who makes Agentia?
Copado, the Salesforce DevOps vendor. It launched Agentia on 14 April 2026 in Advanced and Pro editions.
Is Agentia the same as Salesforce Agentforce?
No. Agentforce is Salesforce's own agent platform; Agentia is Copado's delivery product, although Agentia Studio designs custom agents within Agentforce.
Can Agentia run from an IDE or terminal?
That is the role of Agentia Headless, which works over MCP and command-line interfaces. Copado says it becomes available from November 2026.
What is AgentOps?
Copado's term for the practices and frameworks used to deliver and govern agents that make autonomous decisions, positioned as the evolution of DevOps.
