We're looking for a GTM Intern (Automation + AI) to help design, automate, and optimise our customer-acquisition pipeline, turning ideas into measurable systems that drive revenue.
This is a 3-month internship that sits at the intersection of sales & marketing strategy, automation, and data.
Your goal: help reduce manual sales & marketing effort through AI-driven workflows and contribute to a repeatable, scalable growth engine across Tekunda Studio and Serpent.
You'll get hands-on with campaign ideation, tooling, and performance, working closely with and supported directly by the founders.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Growth
- Support Tekunda's growth efforts across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
- Help build campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified leads for both Serpent (SaaS) & Studio (services).
- Learn to track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, lead velocity, conversion rates).
- Automation & AI
- Build AI-powered workflows using automation tools.
- Help automate repetitive campaign and reporting processes across CRM, outreach, and analytics.
- Collaborate with engineers when deeper automation or custom AI agent development is needed.
- Test new tools and AI techniques to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Brand & Content
- Help plan and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, blog, SEO/GEO).
- Craft content that speaks SaaS and Salesforce language, clear, credible, value-driven.
- Use data to iterate: from content ideas to keyword positioning and audience resonance.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work directly with the founders on priorities, metrics, and automation roadmaps.
- Align with the product team so outbound efforts drive pipeline and adoption.
- Document automations, dashboards, and learnings to scale team knowledge.
What You Need
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in growth & GTM within SaaS or tech.
- Basic understanding of GTM fundamentals (funnels, CAC, LTV), or eagerness to learn them fast.
- Curiosity about Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Hands-on instinct for automation tools and AI agents, even if self-taught.
- Awareness of SEO/AEO and analytics, with a willingness to go deeper.
- Strong writing fundamentals and creativity.
- Independent, analytical, and curious, comfortable figuring things out and asking good questions.
